-

-
What's the cancellation policy? As a small business, we do our best to be fair, but we also need to recoup for lost business. When you book, you're required to make a $100 deposit. Should you cancel within 14 days of your charter, this deposit will be not refunded. If you cancel 15 or more days in advance of your trip, we will provide a full refund of the deposit amount. If you do not qualify for a refund, you may apply the deposit amount towards a future booking with us.
-
What is included in my charter fee?Your flat fee includes: - bait and fishing gear (road, tackle, nets) - pails and a cooler for the day's catch - the boat (fully licensed, well maintained and fuel tank full) - PDFs (standard adult sizes available)
-
What's NOT included in my charter fee?Your fishing license is not included in the fee. A fishing license is easy to acquire online. Apply here. You'll be required to show your fishing license before boarding the boat. Food and drink are not included but is available for a fee. Please pre-order at lease 48 hours prior to departure. You're also welcome to bring your own food and water aboard in a cooler.
-
Do I need to bring my own PFD (life jacket)? While we admire Lake Ontario swimmers, we don't want to be them, so PFDs are a must. You are welcome to bring your own, but we have standard adult-sized life jackets on board for each person. If you require a non-standard or child size, you will need to provide this.
-
What about bad weather? We fish in all weather except if our captain deems the waters dangerous. If it is stormy on the day of your charter, contact the captain before you leave home. Canceled trips will be rescheduled at no charge, are we'll do our very best to offer you a date that works for your party.
-
Can I bring my own food? Is there a cooler I can store my food?Yes and yes. We can also provide lunch (dinner) but you must pre-order because we make our Fisherman's Lunchboxes with TLC and need some prep time to shop and cook.
-
What happens if we arrive late?Traffic to and from Niagara can be heavy--particularly in summer. Please plan accordingly. We will wait for your group, but may not be able to extend beyond the original return time.
